Xtreme Group Training Workouts are effective because they work your entire body - heart, muscles, and mind.
The workouts include calisthenics, plyometrics, and weight training.
The challenge provided to you is to push your mind and your body to its limit. You can expect to sweat,
build strength, and have a great time.

Functional Training Class
"Core to Extremity, Safe and effective"
Sandbags, Kettlebells, ropes and bodyweight are just a sample of methods used for training in this class. This hour class will give you a great workout at the same time prepare you for everyday life such as hoisting a toddler into a car seat to lifting a 100lb bag of fertilizer. Class is geared to all levels, Space is limited to 5, meets 3 times per week

Ancient Training
Similar to the Functional Training class but the intensity isturned up a notch! Class is perfect conditioning for Law enforcement, MMA, athletes and fitness enthusiasts. This is an advanced class which meets 3 times per week and space is limited to 5.

Learn the basics of Kettlebell Training, exercises covered: Swings, Sumo Deadlift High pull, Squat/Lunge, Cleans, Presses, Turkish Get Ups
